Our primary focus is on serving our neighbors in need and the youth in our community. We understand the challenges faced by those experiencing economic disadvantages. 

 

BTTB COMMUNITY CELEBRATIONS:

 

Through our holistic, empowering community Block events, we create safe spaces of celebration that address the needs of those in the greater Trenton area. Needs such as personal care services, hair grooming services, food, health screenings, and collaborative resources for mental health and addiction recovery. 

 

YOUTH BASED SERVICES:

Mentorship: 

BTTB mentorship groups “M.A.L.E Room and “Beautifully Created” educate and equip youth with the tools that help them develop essential skills and knowledge in areas such as hygiene, health, life skills, and workforce readiness. 

 

CareBox: 

The CareBox initiative is a collaborative partnership with local schools and organizations to assist the youth by providing them with essential hygiene items. These care boxes contain necessary hygiene supplies for the youth in need. 

 

StyleBox:

Our goal is to empower the youth by boosting their self-esteem and enhancing their appearance. To achieve this, we collaborate with local beauty salons, barbershops, and organizations to provide hair services for the youth. Additionally, we offer resources and opportunities that promote equal autonomy and privilege by allowing them to shop for their own clothes and shoes, ensuring their individuality and personal style are respected.
